Delivery

Delivery will be in 2-5 days. Please allow longer delivery times over Bank & Public holidays.

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £40. Delivery will be sent via either Parcel Force Tracked (weekdays) or Royal Mail, depending on the product.

For orders under £40, delivery with Parcel Force is £4.95. Some spare part products include free Royal Mail delivery.

Out of Stock
If an item is “out of stock” you will be advised of the date when more stock is due before you place your order. If there is a further delay we will notify you by email. Your order will be dispatched and the out of stock items will follow. We will only charge your debit or credit card when an item has been sent to you.

Lost/Damaged Parcel
Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. We also ask customers to ensure that they make their claim within a reasonable length of time.

Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 2 days of receipt so please check your delivery on arrival.

*Delivery Restrictions
Due to the hazardous ingredients and transport restrictions of some chemicals, we are unable to deliver to Northern Island, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly. In addition, we are also unable to ship any products to Guernsey or Jersey.
