Clever Company Returns

Following the Covid-19 Government guidelines during these unprecedented times, the health & safety of our staff is of the utmost importance. In accordance with these guidelines, we are operating with a reduced number of staff, with measures in place to allow for social distancing.

Collections and inspections are now being arranged, although they will take slightly longer than usual due to Parcel Force timeframes and social distancing restrictions.

The good news is that the CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention) have stated that there is no evidence that COVID-19 can spread through hot tubs, so please continue to enjoy your CleverSpa®.

However, we ask that you are extra vigilant and observe the correct use, care and disinfection of your CleverSpa®. Please look at our hints and tips and FAQ’s.


Changed your mind/Order Cancellation

Under Distance Selling Regulations, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order and return goods if we are notified within a period of 14 days after delivery of goods.

Purchased from Clever Company Website
If you have purchased from the Clever Company Website and have changed your mind or want to cancel your order, you must return the product to Clever Company within 14 days. This will require the product to be unopened and unused. Please contact us & we will send instructions to return the product. When posting items back, clearly mark the parcel with the order number and full name. You are responsible for shipping products back to us and will be required to pay the cost of returning the item to us. Please use a traceable shipping method. Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check product description before you place orders.

Purchased from a UK retailer
If you’ve purchased from a UK retailer and have simply changed your mind, follow the retailers instructions for returns.


Damaged in Transit

If you receive an order with obvious shipping damage purchased from either the Clever Company website or a CleverSpa retailer, we suggest the delivery is refused. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Clever Company or the Retailer you purchased the item from using the contact information included with the order. Keep all packaging. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the courier, you jeopardise your chances of making a claim, and you may not receive a credit for the return.


Defective Item/Refund

If return is due to a product defect, contact Clever Company for assistance. Prior to contacting us, please register your warranty and follow the warranty claim section.


Incorrect item Purchased/Sent

Contact Clever Company and provide an image of the incorrect item, with the corresponding order number by email:

support@clevercompany.com

The Service Agent will arrange the incorrect item to be returned and the correct item to be sent out.


Limits of Responsibility

Clever Company accepts no responsibility for user error, damage or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of a product. Examples of misuse or user damage include a puncture, fire eg. smoking or BBQs, use of incorrect voltage, a socket that is not waterproof, use of an extension cable, excessive exposure to environmental elements eg. very hot weather or extreme cold spells, installing over inappropriate surfaces, rewiring the electrics, direct sunlight, over inflation, lack of maintenance, or not storing the hot tub away properly, incurring mould build up and other faults.
