Notice to Customers
Due to unforeseen technical difficulties any emails and messages sent between 22nd June – 6th July might not have been received by our Service Agents.

During the period of last year, the world has had to adjust to what is now being called the ‘new normal’. Like many other companies in the UK, the Clever Company has had to adjust our processes to match the new world challenges.

An increase in demand during Covid restrictions has put additional strains on the business resulting in the need to relocate from very small premises to a larger purpose-built office, service centre and warehouse. Due to unavoidable Covid related delays in the construction of the new premises, we are yet to move into this new facility. This has resulted in us working within the confines of the old premises, under the restrictions of the government guidelines for the past 12 months. Unfortunately, this set back has meant longer waiting times for customers, for which we apologize.

Additional resources are being recruited across all areas of the business in preparation for the forthcoming opening of the new facility in order to significantly reduce waiting times.

We would like to reassure you that our Team cares deeply about all of our customers and any problems which you may be experiencing, and we’re committed to improving our processes in order to deliver a better customer service experience going forward.
