The CleverSpa® Service Centre is working within the COVID-19 parameters with skeleton staff, supported by our Customer Support team who are working remotely and can be contacted by email at support@clevercompany.com.

Due to the unprecedented volume of customers emailing Cleverspa, we have had to make the difficult decision to switch off our Customer Service helpline 0151 318 6163 until further notice. If you do need to get in contact please email the team at support@clevercompany.com and we will reply within 3-4 working days. The team will be answering email Mon-Thur 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm.

**If you are contacting Clever with a problem, repair or replacement part, please ensure that you provide us with the following information in the email:-

• Customer name
• Customer address
• Customer contact number
• Have you registered your Warranty? YES/NO*
• CleverSpa® model
• Photo/s of set up of the spa
• Photo/s or video showing the problem

We appreciate your patience during these very difficult times.

NOTE: Please note that Spare Parts are available to order online every Friday from 4pm until midnight on Sunday midnight.
