CleverSpa® and Clever Products Manufacturing Warranty
This warranty relates to all CleverSpa’s and Clever products bought in the UK and covers the following areas:
CleverSpa® Pump Heater: 12 months from the date of purchase
CleverSpa® Cover & Liner: 6 months from the date of purchase
This warranty is not transferable if the goods are resold after the original purchase.
Clever Company accept no responsibility for misuse or user damage, including a puncture and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the CleverSpa®.
Registering Your Warranty
To register your warranty, simply complete the form below within 28 days of purchase. The warranty will start from the date of purchase and this information will be requested as part of the registration process.

If any CleverSpa or Clever Spare Part requires replacement and is no longer available, Clever Company reserve the right to replace the CleverSpa or Clever Spare Part with as close a match as possible (there may be a colour/design variation).
Warranty Carriage Details
As a business CleverSpa® cover the cost of collecting and returning your hot tub for all warranty repairs within the original box or a box with no greater dimensions than 700mm x 450mm x 700mm only. Returning your CleverSpa® in a box larger than the specified dimensions will incur a carriage surcharge of £60 that will become payable prior to your hot tub being returned following repair.
